Conrad and his business partner have spent nearly 20 years working side by side on mobile home job sites across Florida. That kind of time together builds more than skill — it builds trust, shorthand, and a shared standard for how a job should be done. Five years ago, they made it official and launched CSC Investment Operations LLC.
We started in the mobile home industry, and that work shaped everything about how we operate. Mobile home installation touches almost every trade — site prep, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, framing, and more. Over the years, we built the knowledge and the crew to handle all of it. That range is what makes us different.
Today, we offer a true turnkey service. A client can hand us a piece of vacant land and walk away with a move-in-ready home. We handle permitting, site prep, land clearing, installation, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, siding, skirting, and debris removal. There is no need to track down five different contractors and hope they all show up on the same schedule. We coordinate the whole job.
We hold a general contractor's license, which means we have the legal authority and the accountability to manage every phase of a project under one roof. That matters when timelines are tight and there is no room for gaps between trades.
We currently serve 14 counties across Florida, including Duval, St. Johns, Clay, Baker, Nassau, Putnam, Flagler, Volusia, Lake, Marion, Alachua, Gilchrist, Levy, and Bradford. We travel to the work — wherever the job is, we go.
